Unfortunately most modern power window regulators and motors are designed to break. The problem is the cheap plastic parts used in assembling window regulator and motor mechanisms that move the door glass up and down.
The inherent problem with new window regulators is that they are made with the very same cheap plastic parts and will break again. In our many years of experience we have seen new power window regulators break after only 3 days of use. We live in Phoenix (aka The Face of The Sun), and there is NOTHING average about our climate, so parts rated for an average temperature are doomed! Our extreme temperatures and desert dust storms wreak havoc on power window systems!
When we say that our repairs are designed to be a more permanent solution to this problem, we’re not pulling your chain! Power Window Repair manufactures its own proprietary metal parts and uses them to strengthen OEM window regulators. When we repair a regulator, we apply an avionic style repair of stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, to the weakest areas we know to break. Every part is quality controlled and inspected the minute that it leaves our build room. Our repairs are intended to be a more permanent solution, which is why we make sure that everything we do is reviewed by our master technician BEFORE it’s installed in your vehicle.

If you ask your average Power Window Repair customer what we’re famous for, they’ll tell you with a straight face that we repair window regulators so they can’t break again. That’s because they’ve witnessed the repair and the lasting results once it’s been put in their door. People think we’re kidding around when we say this company was founded out of sheer frustration, but it’s the absolute truth. They're Designed to Break and We Take Issue With That! These manufacturers really knew what they were doing when they had these modern regulators designed. Wear and tear is the word that we hear used most often, but when the weakest points of a part are clearly carrying the heaviest loads in a door, secured with inferior cheap plastic parts, that’s just a cheap shot to consumers all over the world! We Care About What's in Your Door and What Stays in Your Wallet! Our technicians don’t just fix what’s broken like some mechanics who say “it’s just the clips”. We fix what we know is broken, is stressing and will be broken if we don’t strengthen it. We stand behind our repairs with a lifetime warranty on parts and a full year on labor! We truly designed and engineered this your window regulator repair to last the lifetime of your vehicle. We Work Hard to Make Our Customers Smile!
We proudly provide comprehensive services in each of these areas:
Did your window “pop and drop”, straight into the panel? Can you hear the motor, but nothing happens but grinding and weird noises? Do you have the glass propped up or worse yet, duct taped up? These are are all signs that your power window regulator may be broken. These goofy things are like bad boomerangs in an average climate, but when you have temperatures soaring over 110 degrees and dirt and debris flying in the air for months on end, it just gets worse!
Is your power window running slowly or did it slow down before finally dying? Did it come to a screeching halt smack dab in the middle of rolling up? Are you helping the glass up with one hand while the other is operating the power window switch? Does the glass seem to skip and slip, but eventually get’s almost to the top? If you answered yes to ANY of these questions, it’s likely that the power window motor has failed or is very close to the end of its life.
They’re electrical parts. Need we say more? Each switch consists of two pieces of metal that come together to make an electrical connection between the door harness and the power window motor. The problem? We live in a climate with constant blowing dirt and debris that blocks and destroys those connections over time. They’re also made primarily of plastic and we all knows what that spells…T-R-O-U-B-L-E!
Did you hit the key fob or door lock button to unlock your car but one door isn’t unlocking or locking? Do you hear a sound like it’s trying to do something, but it only moves partially or not at all? These symptoms indicate that the door lock actuator is broken or failing. If your car won’t open from either handle, interior or exterior, it’s likely the door latch that’s causing the problem. Sometimes the door lock actuator is part of the door latch assembly, in which case the part will be more expensive.
Door handle repairs can be costly through normal channels. Dealers and standard shops charge a premium when it comes to these things, so you not only get hit with a huge mark-up on parts, but exorbitant labor rates as well. Depending on where it broke, we may be able to repair it! Power Window Repair services door handles!

"Hands down these are MOST professional, fastest and solid repair shop I’ve dealt with! The BMW dealer replaced 3 of my windows regulators but because of service contract caps, I needed to take it somewhere else that can work within those limits. I called Power Window Repair at 2:30pm and they quickly verified my contract & scheduled an appointment for 8am the next morning. Less than 45 minutes later my vehicle was finished and ready to go. If you have a broken power window, Paul and his crew are simply the best!"
"I heard an ad on the radio for this place years ago, but when all my other Windows broke down, I never called back cause I couldn’t afford all 4 Windows. But recently, on my new car, the driver side window broke, and they were the first company I decided to call. I spoke with Jen, and she explained to me what exactly was going to happen in regards to getting my window fixed, including the quote. I went there today, and while my wait was a bit longer than expected, I’m extremely happy with the service and the work done! And the best part is the price Jen quoted me is what I paid! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing their window repaired!"
